Great Customer Service

I appreciate that whenever I would call the office to ask a question or just check on the status of my case . In today’s menu phone directories that is a huge deal to me. They were very respectful and always answered my question or gave me information that I was asking for. That is a personal touch that was very much appreciated. I was never made to feel rushed when I called and whomever answered conveyed interest in me and my concerns. I never dreaded calling either because I knew that my call would be answered right away. I knew that I would not be put on hold, and that whatever I was calling about I knew I would have an answer at the end of the call. That may sound trivial to some but to me it is “Great Customer Service.” Thank you for everything.
