Andrew M. Grabhorn is an attorney at Grabhorn Law | Insured Rights® and a graduate of Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law (2014). His legal career began as a law clerk at Grabhorn Law | Insured Rights® during law school, providing him over a decade of experience in the field. Throughout his tenure as both a law clerk and attorney, Mr. Grabhorn has dedicated himself to assisting individuals and families with a wide range of legal issues.

Mr. Grabhorn’s practice focuses primarily on litigating insurance benefit claims, encompassing both group and individual insurance contracts such as life insurance and long-term disability insurance, as well as matters governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). His extensive experience extends beyond Kentucky, where he has successfully handled diverse insurance claims across the United States against major national insurers and smaller niche companies alike. His representation spans from initial case aspects like administrative appeals and lawsuits to presenting cases in jury trials, briefing ERISA cases, and arguing before multiple United States Courts of Appeals.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Grabhorn actively supports the Kentucky Humane Society, reflecting his commitment to animal welfare. His involvement, whether through financial contributions or direct participation, underscores his dedication to ensuring the protection and well-being of animals in need.
